内径、外径の同軸度、真円・円筒度、面粗さを高精度に仕上げています。
研磨機を用いない方法で面精度0.8zを出しています。
円筒度真円度は5μm。内径外径の振れは10μm。
通常何工程かに分かれてしまう加工ですが、材料切り出しから仕上げまで1工程で仕上げており、同軸度、振れ精度をかなり高精度に保っています。

Feature: The inner and outer diameters, coaxiality, circularity ､cylindricity, and surface roughness are finished with high accuracy.
Surface roughness is finished to 1.6Z by our processing method without using a grinding machine.
Cylindricality roundness is 5 µm.
